What does HerPattern actually predict?

It estimates the likely range of your self reported symptom burden for the next day, plus the probability of being in a low, moderate, or high pattern state. Every figure carries an 80 percent uncertainty range.

Is this a medical device or a diagnostic tool?

No. HerPattern is a research prototype. It does not diagnose endometriosis, detect clinical flares, recommend treatment, or replace care from a clinician.

How long before forecasts appear?

The model needs roughly two weeks of check ins before it can personalize. Until then the app shows your personalization progress and general pattern summaries instead of a forecast.

Who can see my symptom records?

Only you, unless you consent to a specific study. Research exports are pseudonymous and limited to the fields that study was approved to receive. Free text notes are never shared.

Can I use voice instead of typing?

Yes. Speak your check in, review the values the system extracted from your words, and confirm or edit them before anything is saved. Nothing is recorded without that confirmation step.

How do I get my data out?

Settings includes a portable export of your records and a printable report you can bring to an appointment. Account deletion runs as a server controlled workflow that removes health records.
